==History==
The school was founded in 1963. The British School provided an education based on British practice to children of British parents living in New Delhi. The school has a majority of Punjabi and Indian students with a small percentage international students. It follows British patterns of instruction and standards of education. The teaching staff is 90% Indian and 10% foreign.The current Director is Ms. Vanita Uppal.
